The lightweight liquid evaporates rapidly, leaving behind a fine chrome pigment. Once the liquid has evaporated, simply rub the remaining pigment into the nail surface using a silicone tool, glove or applicator to reveal a smooth high-shine mirror finish. Seal in with your chosen top coat.
