Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Australia:

Tracked shipping is available Australia-wide. Estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days depending on location and carrier conditions.

Orders valued at AU$300 or more will be sent with Signature on Delivery for added security. Additional transit insurance may also be applied at Australis Collective's discretion to protect high-valued orders.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, peak periods, weather events or supplier stock availability.

Once orders have shipped, Australis Collective is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
